Titan Custom Lined holds 200 double sleeved cards with finger space in a roughly 7 ½” long deck box. This is the big bertha and is appropriate for a pair of EDH decks, or a massively transformative card pool, holding half of what you have come to expect from a 9 pocket binder in double sleeved cards ready to go.
Colossal Custom Lined holds 160 double sleeved cards with finger space in a roughly 5 ¾” long deck box. This size works great for merged format decks such as Legacy and Modern that share card pools. This size also works very well for a standard dice brick, 100 sleeves, 100 lands and a 90 card sealed pool.
Grand Custom Lined holds 140 double sleeved cards with finger space in a roughly 5” long deck box. This size works great for moderately merged format decks (Legacy and Modern that share card pools), or progressive decks like the Jund to Azban conversions.
Elder Custom Lined holds 100 double sleeved cards with finger space in a roughly 4” long deck box. Great for 100 card EDH Commander Decks or tournament use with room for 80 spare sleeves.
Tournament Custom Lined holds 80 double sleeved cards with finger space in a roughly 3 ½” long deck box. This is the golden standard size for regulation tournament play of 60 cards, 15 sideboard cards and a few tokens.
Tiny Custom Lined holds 75 single sleeved cards with no finger space in a 2 ¾” long box. This box very likely will not be sufficient for a sleeved deck. (currently no pictures available)

The picture features the following:
Tournament Custom in White Oak (top)
Elder Custom in Bubinga (second from top)
Grand Custom in Spalted Tamarind (middle)
Colossal Custom in Black Palm (second from bottom)
Titan Custom in Ziricote (bottom)
All measurements are approximate but done with KMC Hyper Matt and KMC Perfect Fit sleeves.
I get asked what size to purchase for triple sleeved EDH decks. The minimum size deck box for a triple sleeved (perfect fit, outer designer sleeve, character guard sleeve) 100 card deck is the Colossal Custom.
