White Oak is a classical piece sturdy and ready to last for generations. At Pezui we try to use the highest quality Oregon grown white oak quarter sawn for high luster. This wood has bands of flecking chatoyancy (technical word for light refracting). This is the home team for us at Pezui and we are proud of the beautiful boxes that are produced with this material.
The mighty Pacific Northwest white Oak is not listed in CITES and is a species of least concern from the IUCN. Take care of the trees and they will take care of you.

Tournament Custom – $75 Black Italian leather lined with a thick 2” leather strap using antiqued nickel snaps. This box confidently announces your decks presence while allowing your game to do the talking. It is flat sanded with “sharp” corners, but has not had the grain filled so it has an excellent ridged texture to it. Finished with boiled linseed oil protects the wood and helps bring out the patterning.
