Fungus has never been as beautiful as when this fruit tree slowly acquires the parasitic fungi in its sapwood. This is one of the coolest woods we have ever interacted with due to the random painting of browns, yellows, and deep black lines with spotting that occur throughout the wood. Unfortunately, it is not a very hard wood but we attempt to strengthen it with plasticizers and wood hardener.
Great news that this is listed as a species of least concern by CITES and IUCN due to it being a commercial fruit tree and widely planted throughout the tropics, so it is readily available. The only downside is that it can be prone to breakage, so be careful about dropping this beautiful specimen.
